New Sign for Jamie's Kitchen

Shortly after returning back to New Hampshire after sweet little Blake went home to be with Jesus, Jamie wrote this on the chalkboard in her kitchen with a photo of him below it. When I was home a few weeks ago she asked if I would write it on a board for her to put above her kitchen window. I rushed through it the last night I was there and I have to say I am not happy with how it turned out but maybe eventually I will have time to fix it.

Also we restocked the Elizabeth Table Runner this morning!

Jamie and Josh were down here recently for a super quick visit. When they arrived we realized Jamie was perfectly coordinated with Lillie and Lola. =) Unfortunately it was extremely hot and the sun was so bright so I only took a couple of pictures.

I hope you have a fabulous Friday!

  10. What's to fix, it's wonderful... I find lettering tedious and extremely difficult. I can't believe you just whipped that out at the last minute. I often think of what you guys have been through, and i'm very touched that you have faith to pull you through...

    1. If you click on his name it will bring you to a post dedicated to him. It's far to hard to describe who he was in just this little comments section.

  25. Please forgive me for this extensive comment but I felt I must share. Some time ago, I came across your sign and loved it. I pinned it to my Pinterest account. Last night someone posted a comment to my pin. As soon as I received the notification I went to the pin to read it. From her comment, I saw that the lady was blessed by it. I decided to click on the pin to learn more about this sign. This is when I learned about Blake. My heart was broken over the pain that his family must have felt and how much they must miss him. I prayed from them, I prayed for the Lord to give them strength and comfort. Then I read more and found that his birthday is tomorrow. I knew that the Lord had led me to your post so that I would be one of probably many that would be praying for this dear family. Our Lord is so loving.
